Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days for exchange or refund. Return authorization is required. Please contact customer service by email info@monova.ca.
Please note: Merchandise for refund or exchange must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective. An original receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned merchandise, except in the case of damaged goods, and will not be reimbursed for any items returned to the shop for a refund or exchange without prior authorization. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings, food, sale items or gift cards.
