Important Update - Temporary Pause on US Shipping

As of November 13th 2025, we have temporarily paused shipments to the United States due to the new US import regulations which are causing customs delays and returned packages. We hope to resume shipments to the US in the future. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please contact our team—we’re here to help.

Purchasing Online

Once an order is placed you will receive an automated response to confirm your order has been received. You may be contacted by a customer service representative with a revised order total or any inquiries pertaining to your order. Once your order has shipped an additional email will be sent to you.

Pre-Order Items

Items that are pre-ordered from our website will be shipped as soon as the stock becomes available. You will receive a shipping notification at that time.

Pass Holder Discount

MONOVA Pass Holders, please select the Pass Holder price when adding an item to your cart. Please enter your pass number in the NOTES section on Your Shopping Cart page to receive the Pass Holder price. If you are unsure of your number, please comment in the NOTES section and we can confirm your account.

Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our online store.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased online or in person at the Museum Admission desk and are available in any amount. To place an order Online using a Gift Card please call 604-990-3700 to process payment.

Gift Cards can only be used at the Museum Store.

Additional discounts do not apply to sale merchandise. Sale merchandise is final sale.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Rates

In-store pickup*: Free
Shipping within Downtown/Lower Mainland: $15
Shipping within British Columbia: $18
Shipping within Canada: $20

Please note: In the event of a large or oversized shipment a customer service agent may reach out to facilitate any adjustments.

Shipping Time within Canada is 1 to 8 business days for most regions. Orders are processed Tuesdays and Fridays.

We do not ship to international destinations through our Online Store at this time. Please contact customer service at info@monova.ca to place an order.

Express Shipping Options are available upon request. When placing an order, please request express shipping in the comments field. A guest services representative will confirm express shipping availability.

Fees Duties and Taxes

British Columbia orders include 7% PST (where applicable)
All Canadian orders include 5% GST

Additional duties and taxes may be mandated by the destination country. MONOVA Museum Store has no control over or anticipation of these charges. Recipients are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
